PasteSuiteAI™ is a trademark of Keynaptic GmbH.

Free plan: Licensed for personal and commercial use, subject to the daily usage limits described in the pricing plan. Pro: Sold as an annual subscription (currently €29 per year, incl. VAT where applicable). The subscription auto-renews each year; you can cancel anytime on our cancellation page, and your current paid year stays active until its end.

Seller of record: Your contract is with Keynaptic GmbH, the seller of PasteSuiteAI. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (“Stripe”); the invoice including VAT (§ 14 UStG) is issued via Stripe on behalf of Keynaptic GmbH.

All usage is governed by the PasteSuiteAI End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Terms of Service. For trial, free-plan limits, and activation details, see Licensing & Trial.

Key Terms (Summary)

This is a non-binding summary. The EULA governs.

No redistribution — You may not share, publish, or distribute the software or any part of it.
No resale — You may not sublicense, rent, or sell access to the software.
No reverse engineering — Decompilation, disassembly, or extraction of source code is prohibited, except where mandatory under applicable law (e.g. EU Directive 2009/24/EC).
One user, one license — Each license is personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Termination — Violation of these terms results in automatic revocation of your license.
